Order processing
After checkout, your order is recorded as confirmed. Our team reviews availability and prepares the items before moving the order to processing and shipment.
Orders placed with Cash on Delivery may require a phone confirmation before dispatch.
Delivery coverage and timing
Leaf currently fulfils orders within India. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, courier coverage and product availability. Your order page will show each fulfilment update.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charge is shown in the order summary before you place the order. Promotional free-delivery thresholds may be displayed on the storefront and can change with active offers.
Tracking your order
When an order is marked as shipped, the courier name and tracking number appear under My Orders. Tracking availability may take a short time to update on the courier’s system.
Delays and delivery issues
Weather, public holidays, remote-area service and courier disruptions can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated or a package appears damaged, contact us with your order number before accepting or opening the shipment where practical.
